Early Childhood unit

Early childhood service is considered an educational and training service offered to all children with intellectual disabilities and autism from three to six years. The program emphasizes educational and therapeutic services according to the individual strengths and areas of need for each child; it also offers a wide array of social play situations and activities of daily living. Upon reaching the age of six years old, the students are transferred to other units or other school programs, according to their strengths. This service also aims to spread awareness of the importance of early intervention as well as encourage acceptance of those with disabilities in the community.
