The Family Counseling Division
This section aims to provide individual and group psychological counseling and support services to students and their families. Also, the section seeks to increase community awareness of individuals with autism and individuals with intellectual disabilities, as well as their rights and responsibilities in order to change the negative attitudes towards individuals with disabilities in society.
This is achieved through a range of programs, including psychological family support groups and friends of the students of Shafallah program, siblings program, lectures, and workshops for parents and various participants in society. This section also provides training sessions for children who are between the ages of birth and 6 years in the presence of their parents using applied behavior analysis methods and procedures.
