The Shafallah Center for Children with Special Needs is a first-of-its-kind facility in the Arab and Muslim world, treating and teaching children who have learning or physical disabilities with state-of-the-art technologies, cutting-edge therapies and first-class faculty and counselors.

To celebrate its opening, the Center—in association with Newsweek Magazinewill host the First Annual International Forum on Children with Special Needs, gathering top educators, policymakers and other for broad provocative discussion of the leading trend in the field, from a global prospective.

The panel topics will include the contribution of the study of genetics, inclusion of children with special needs in the society; innovative approaches in therapies used world wide, and the importance of the family and community initiatives to the well-being and development.

The First Annual International Forum on Children with Special Needs will be a stimulating and inspiring way to inaugurate the opening of a groundbreaking facility.
