The Department of Professional Development at Shafallah Center provides continuing education opportunities  to all staff, including teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists,  psychologists, social workers, music therapist, adapted P.E., workers, drivers, and administration.

Staff receive ongoing professional training through lectures, workshops, and demonstration in classroom setting. We frequently bring in professionals from outside Qatar and send our staff to conferences and workshops in other countries so they are up to date on the most current techniques in their field. All staff are required to obtain 20 hours of continuing education credits per year.
